Soft, comfortable clothes. Nothing too heavy.
How many sessions will I need to see results?
It depends on what you are seeking treatment for. Some projects let go quickly, while others may require repeated sessions to unwind. What is ideal is if the client is also willing to learn some Self Help, to practice at home, to assist in their own healing!
Can these healing modalities complement my standard medical treatment?
Absolutely. The modalities are non-intrusive and complement medical treatments. They have also been known to increase the efficacy of medications.
